What can I say, my dear Davor? Denmar - and you in particular - managed to turn what could have been a disaster into a wonderful, delightful experience.
To have not one, but TWO boats successively malfunctioning so close to the time was a situation that nobody could have imagined, let alone be prepared for.
And yet you never let it worry us, you handled it with calm (at least, this is what we felt!!) determination and professionalism.
You solved the problem, partnered with another company that was equally professional, upgraded everything (what a great boat you found!) to make up for the trouble, and in the end contributed to giving us a fantastic holiday. Both Denmar and Odisej can be proud but you, Davor Furlan, should feel like a superstar.
